Sobre Trinidad

Soy Trinidad de Iruarrizaga, artista visual chilena formada en la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Actualmente vivo y trabajo en Melbourne, Australia, desarrollando una práctica artística centrada en la exploración textil y material.

He sido invitada a participar en exposiciones como “Más Deco” y “Art Week”, además de formar parte de exposiciones como FAXXI, ArtStgo, entre otras.

Actualmente, mi trabajo se enfoca en la búsqueda y experimentación con fibras naturales, especialmente el lino, como eje central de mi proceso creativo. Mi práctica se sitúa en el cruce entre la exploración material y la construcción de atmósferas. No busca imponerse, sino reforzar una atmósfera de armonía, calma, paz y delicadeza.

I am Trinidad de Iruarrizaga, a Chilean visual artist trained at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. I currently live and work in Melbourne, Australia, developing an artistic practice centered on textile and material exploration.

I have been invited to participate in exhibitions such as “Más Deco” and “Art Week”, as well as in exhibitions including FAXXI and ArtStgo, among others.

My current work focuses on the exploration and experimentation with natural fibers — especially linen — as the central axis of my creative process. My practice exists at the intersection of material exploration and the construction of atmospheres. Rather than seeking to impose itself, my work aims to reinforce a sense of harmony, calm, peace, and delicacy.
